Poster session details
Format and display:
- One panel side per poster is provided for display
- Posters must be of A0 format - 840 [width] x 1180 mm [length]
- Poster must be in the portrait orientation (upright)
- Paragraphs are laid out horizontally
- A copy of the abstract (in large type) must be incorporated into the poster, alternatively a copy of the abstract may be attached to the upper left-hand corner of the panel
- All poster panels will be numbered. Please note your poster number before you deliver it to ensure proper placement of your poster.
A title section at the top of the poster must contain:
- Title of the poster
- All authors
- Author's affiliations
Schedule:
- Scientific posters may be viewed throughout the coffee breaks and lunches on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 July and during the evening receptions on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 July
- Poster set-up will be arranged by the conference organisers (IntertechPira) on Monday 7 July from 4.00 pm to 5 pm before the evening conference session and reception
- If you are unable to deliver your poster in time for the set-up, please ensure it is delivered by 7.30 am on Tuesday 8 July
- Poster removal is from 6.30 to 7.30 pm on Wednesday 9 July
- All posters must be removed by Wednesday 9 July at 7.30 pm, or they will be discarded
